Thursday, Game Night

I'm battling the morbs, this morning. So much is not working, including my wrists.

I'm going to be working with speech to text, today. All the better to rest my poor wrists.

I can only continue at the moment because I have my bracers on extra tight. Which is, of course, excruciating.

I have to decide what I'm doing, when I'm doing and how I'm doing it. And, of course, the quote-unquote helpful app decides to turn itself off at moments it decides that it's no longer needed.

I don't know which is more painful, to help or the malady.

Let's get things done.

Wednesday, SIDEWAYS!

SO. Beloved mistook an appointment time and we had to rush to get her to the place to do thing.

The makeup PLN for tonight is to go shopping, get a bunch of treats, and have an indulgent bath and reading night.

I have done my reading for the day, and cooked up some carb-a-riffic soup to nom on. Makes up for me forgetting to eat, yesterday.

Yes, I am aware that I am a collection of bad habits in a trenchcoat.

Tuesday, Patreon, Readings, and Pickup

All going well, I collect my Beloved for more cuddle times. Huzzah.

Chapter Count: Finished Chapter 335. So that means another spate of reading for Adorable.

...I did not make any adjustments in Stencyl, yet. Honestly, Patreon day reminds me to try things instead of putting them off.

Alas, the solution I found was not working. Further digging is necessary.

Monday, Tale Foundry Reads and taking it lazy

I started today by writing a chapter for A Devil's Tale. I have not read any more chapters for _Adapting, and I should do that.

I also need to read a correction for a chapter I already recorded. I went back and did a LOT of edits to be sure I had some continuity right.

Sunday, Tale Foundry and Proceeding

I did my DM'ing, I did my story stream, had a sleep and now I'm up to publishing. Yay.

I made a start on chapter 334 of A Devil's Tale and I might get around to finishing it. I might even get as far as writing the next one.

I doubt, but it's good to hope.

I should also get on with reviewing other Foundry entries so I have a chance to be randomly selected for the reading next week.

I got the wibbly wobblies because looming undefined terror that will likely reveal itself in the fullness of time after it's passed.

I got dental looming. We have financial nonsense looming. I need to make a start on the 2K summary of Beauties... so I can edit it down and then work on the blurbs and THEN... start summarising another firkin book.

I am making a Phone Call today [Dramatic sting]. To book myself and the spawn in for the Rona Vax. Gotta make sure they all have water to drink before the jabs, too. On the day, of course.

Thursday, Disrupted Plans and Dealing With

Okay. We planned to have a nice date night, but Beloved got ill because Rona Vax Blargies. So date night cancelled.

I was going to a walk-in for our own Rona Vax, but the only place that did walk-ins had expired vaccines so that was also a nope.

So now I have to call the docs and arrange for the three of us [myself, Mayhem, and Chaos] to get the all-important jab.

I'm back to reading a chapter of Adapting a day, and trying to read five chapters and do my Patreon was one heck of a workload.

I was worn out by the time I was done with my offerings for the day. At least today promises to be breezier.

Tuesday, Patreon and Workload

I have completed five more chapters of A Devil's Tale, so I'll be reading some of that rather than more of Adapting. I can only read one chapter of Adapting a day and have my throat still want to know me by nighttime. ADT has much shorter chapters so I can do five of those per diem.

Monday, Bits and Bobs

Saturday, Parkrun and Ongoing Shenanigans

Turns out that my wake-up music playlist is great for my walking speed. I got a cyclone headache on the drive to parkrun.

Fun day. I am only now able to take the painkillers I need.

Friday, Foods and Funtimes

I am temporarily done with recording chapters of A Devil's Tale. So I began recording chapters of Adapting just for the heck of it.

First lesson: Shorter chapters are WAY easier to read. Yay.

Second lesson: If I want to do a professional version, I'm going to need a LOT of editing alongside the more professional setup.

Thursday, Game Night and Some Changes

Today, I read the last group of five chapters for Adorable. There will be more later, but I'm reading them in batches of five.

Tomorrow, I dial up Adapting and see what my limit is with reading that raw audio. I've selected an arbitrary figure of ten alternate reads. That should give me time to do some other things.

Who knows? I may even find some time to firkin enjoy myself. Get back to playing the sexy vampire game, maybe.
