Tuesday!

The light is starting to go from the mornings, which means that the cooling of the air shall commence in a few months. The country is still incendiary for about three to four months, maybe more if climate change has anything to do with it.

...it probably will...

Meanwhile, the biggest mob of xenophobic dicks in this country is getting mega funding some someone - lord alone knows who, but I'm betting on some bodies corporate. Decent people couldn't possibly want to fund the outrageous isolationism inherent in One Nation.

At least, I hope they're not.

Since I got the non-interaction rejection just three days ago, I am doing this nonsense again:

I got sick of the outside temperature and its effect on my bod, so I shaved a metric cat's worth of hair off'a my head.

Morning Art Stream

It's one in the morning, there's going to be some WIP happening and I'm... probably not going to do anything interesting at all this AM. If I'm extremely lucky, I might be able to create an Instant Story before I slink off to sleep again.

That Went... Okay?

The first sesh of the year and we have a completely new player with us, as in, their first ever game of D&D was with us last night. So of course, puns, shenanigans, and at least half an hour debating the renovations we were making to our base of operations.

Tonight is game night and I am so pumped about it that I awoke at 3AM and had various difficulties sleeping the remainder of the morning.

I am going to be WRECKED tomorrow. Be warned.

D O N E !

I have leftover coodles, one head of cauliflower, and the equivalent of one and a half sugarloaf cabbages. All of which, I am leaving to my Beloved to cook something out of it all.

I have Tuna steaks, which could theoretically be fried today and packed up with the leftover coodles, but there is just one small snag.

The new freezer is full to the brim with pre-packaged frozen meals.

Chaos, for the record, has already started helping me eat it all.

I Wore Myself Out

All the chaos of yesterday meant that, by about one in the afternoon, I was DONE with the day. I also had to wait for Chaos to come home, go out shopping for more vegetables, and start prepping so that all the meat prepared in the morning would have a side to go with when they enter our (tada!) brand new freezer!

Day off? Not so much.

Today is a long weekend day, because there's nothing Australia loves more than an extra day of sloth. Not for me, though.

Me? I have half a table's worth of vegetables and a whole bunch of meats to cook up into an incredible bunch of pre-prepared meals so that myself and anyone else feeling lazy and not in a cooking mood can just heat and eat some keto-friendly joy.

We went to visit Capt. S in the hospital. She's had a close encounter with something sharp and infectious. It could be one of the snakes that populate the entire country - a relatively harmless one called the swamp snake.

All I have to do today is this blog and the Instant. Which means -theoretically- more freedom to do the things I enjoy.

Alas, my lovely family has been helping me eat my prepped meals, so part of today's adventures is going to involve going out and getting supplies for the NEXT batch of meal preps. So. I paid for new uniform parts for Chaos yesterday. The day to collect those are today and tomorrow. I'm fairly certain that my order won't be there today. I still have to try for it, though.

Paranoia is a wonderful thing when it teams up with Anxiety and drives this meat suit of mine.

Accomplished this morning since I got woken up at like 2:30AM:

  • Stream of editing the next episode of Inter-Mission.
  • Patreon content posted.
  • Acquisition of colourful exterior body wrappings for junior spawn, aka Chaos (Stage One).

Stage Two will happen tomorrow or Thursday. Depending on when they have the stuff in store. I will, of course, apologise for the hassle I introduced to them. My fault. I didn't think of looking for them on Facebook until it was almost too late.
