Set Course, Warp Ten Billion

I managed to back myself into some MEGA nonsense today. Purely by accident, of course. Nevertheless...

Today, I have the usual unfuckening and output shenanigans of course. I also owe my listeners a new ep of Inter-Mission since I forgot last week [thought I did it... didn't :P ] and this might as well be the new schedule because fuckit.

I also have a shrink visit because this Tuesday gone was supposed to be the visit, but I had to reschedule. Now here's where it gets tricky. The initial reschedule was for around 1:30 in the afternoon on the forthcoming Tuesday. This meant trusting Mayhem with that which he had failed at before, so I expressed a preference for an earlier time.

That earlier time is at quarter-to-one TODAY.

It means I have a smidgeon more wriggle room with greeting Tessa, but there is one other thing.

I forgot that a meeting with family-of-a-friend was also happening today... so now THAT has been bumped to later in the afternoon.

AUGH.

You can't scriptwrite this horseshit. You just can't.

Anyway, it's a busy day and I should just get on with it. The more output I do now, the less I have to fret about later.

ADDENDUM - the meet has been moved to tomorrow morning so we can all have a better time of it.

It's Thursday, and I haven't done dot on filling out the newer episode of Inter-Mission. I seriously hope to get some kind of progress on that done this weekend.

Fingers crossed. It's been a pretty stressful and busy week. I might spend all of my weekend fast asleep.

Monday Once More... AUGH!

The Sunday I feared is actually happening next week. The wedding attendance is happening tomorrow. And I was up at arse-crack in the morning to watch art happening on a stream session because I'm that addicted to Toasty's work.

I have a money run, house unfuckening, and all the usual output to put out. But the good news is that I've already done my 500 words today so I have more time for fartin' about.

It's the morning after the night before and, despite having D&D, I'm reasonably well-rested.

The session ended early - about 9:30ish because new shenanigans should really include more people at the table than my immediate family members plus one.

It was busy yesterday because lack of focus. It's busier today because lack of focus plus output on different sites today. Whee.

Further complications are added into this mess because Jolie has decided that she needs my personal love, affection, and round-the-clock attention. This includes singing her sad songs of loneliness, smoodging up to me, and attempting to trample my keyboard whilst also occupying the mouse mat.

We went all the heck way out to an area very close to MeMum's for our Valentines+1 and some very, very good sushi.

I ate too much, I tried eel, I tried mochi [mochi ice cream, but still], I ate what I think of as underprepared salmon... and it was GLORIOUS.

We even brought some of it home for the spawn. Mayhem immediately complained about the firkin salmon. Sigh.
