For the first prompt in April, we're rewriting a story we've written before. It's going to be interesting to see the growth happening.
I've finished my morning beverages, medication, and essential nutrition. I'm about to nick off for a quick trip to the shops for dairy products.
Onwards to my travel PLNs.
The group's reading their stories to each other, I cut my stretchies short so I could make it. Winter is making me sleep longer and Sundays do me no favours either.
Last night's difficulty sleeping was caused by me messing around and finding out in Garage Band via my iPad Pro. I got something and putting it all together is one of my goals of the day.

I'm pulling my head in this week since I overspent last week, and thereafter only getting what we need when we need it.
At some point this afternoon, I shall take a leisurely trip to acquire fish and chips. But today... Mayhem wants to go shopping, I have a catio to clean, and five chapters to record for Adorable.

Read more »Beloved is likely under anaesthesia as I write these very words. Experienced surgeons are doing a job they have done thousands of times, belike. Today, I fill out the last thing on my pre-pitch checklist.
Which means that tomorrow, I start writing emails. And pitching.
...tomorrow, I'm likely to have finished chapter four HUNDRED of that brief little thing I started in 2022.

Read more »I forgot to do the album sorting yesterday. I almost forgot to do it today. I also have to feed Wilson [my wholemeal Starter] so that's an opportunity to play some vinyl and decide on its keepability.
I keep finding albums I have no memory of purchasing. Or taking from anyone. The theory of spontaneous album generation is probably debunked by my admittedly spotty memory.

Tonight, I go to a place I've never been to before to go do a thing I've never done before. Little bit of anxiety over that, to be honest.

Read more »My days are just packed. On Saturday, we were all over everywhere, and one of the things acquired for Adorable could not be juggled on the train.
So I took Beloved and the stuff on a lengthy drive through rush-hour wet-weather traffic. Whee fun.
Obviously, I made it out alive, but holy cheez whiz... some folks just believe they can clip through other cars without harm.

I'll be putting my new writing rants on my new blogging site tomorrow. I've removed the link to Wordpress in my menu. It's been replaced by my new blog centre.
I think I'm capable of moving five old blog entries a day. Since I've been blogging on Wordpress since 2017, that's going to take me a while.
The good news is that I can back-date the archival stuff, so the move will be imperceptible

Read more »Did the parkrun pretty well. Then I got the announcement that we're watching Dune 2 tomorrow. Which means I had to watch Dune 1. Which, because time windows, meant watching a copy we just happened to have at Adorable's place.

I have to bake my bread, but there's not enough time in the rest of today to do two loaves. Because preheating and proofing time.

So my priorities are to get my offerings out as soon as possible whilst also somehow ticking a side project off my little list.
