Saturday, Feast Shenanigans

Beloved has PLANS for today. Plans that include waffles and nonsense with sugar. Which is the best kind of nonsense.

Lighter Bag Quest is probably on the schedule.

My wrists are rested enough to write, but it's probably not on my schedule. If anything gets done, I will count it as a win.

Carrying my shit with me is becoming a Problem. Bum bags cause bruising on my hips. Shoulder bags do my shoulders in. Backpacks inevitably cause hassles. And the good old tote now causes my wrists to complain.

I am honestly considering a light cotton vest with large enough pockets, but... (a) those don't exist, (b) they are bait for pickpockets, (c) I don't think there's a pocket big enough for my glasses case, and (d) I'd probably get shoulder trouble again.

My other option is a "gun holster" hip bag, which we'd have to order online.

It's going to be fun finding out what the hell the solution is.

But for now, there is always another story.

Friday, Self-care necessary

I did my wrists in by carrying a bag. Good gracious gravy, I am getting old. Lightening the load is going to be a PROCESS.

I have reduced what I need to a minimum, but the bag itself is still heavy. Blarg.

Lighter Bag Quest may be on, today. We shall see.

Meanwhile, I take very careful care of myself. Get help where I can, and otherwise take a breather from my three WIPs, dungeon building, and other shenanigans.

Thursday, Beauty Regime

Beloved is also an enabling gremlin, as it turns out. She's convinced me to moisturise [I had a flaking face so yeah. I needed that] and I'm getting my nails done by pros today. Watch for the blood red nails and the gears on my middle fingers :D

Wednesday, Wordpress and Date Night

I have a wordpress to write sometime today. I may or may not be building dungeons for my players to dragon in. I may or may not be writing High Adventure for either Kingdom of Sand or Devil's Tale.

Long Monday PLNs

It's a long day for me, and only the fact that it's still a public holidaylet me crawl off to bed without disturbing my love in the process.

Sunday, D&D and other stuff

My murder hobos are back at their shenanigans again, tonight. I am scrambling to get the next section of their shenanigans going. A bit at a time, true, but scrambling all the same.

An effort not helped at all by the fact that my right wrist has decided to go on firkin strike. Bleh.

We have rennos happening. New curtains for windows, and a pln to remove a defunct air conditioner from our window whilst also replacing curtains that are falling apart.

Saturday, Easter Shenanigans

All four days of this holiday are Feast Days. Simply so I don't keep bitching about what I can and can't have for nomnoms.

Friday, Unfuckening and Changes

Beloved's gradual beautifying of the entire dang house has influenced me... into doing little things to make the household environment a smidge more catalogue-ready.

I tidied up the ensuite this morning, and added some pretty soaps to the larger bathroom. And now I wait to see if anyone notices, just like any true chaos gremlin.

Thursday, A Day Out

Beloved has booked us to go watch Everything, Everywhere, All At Once. Which is only on in limited theatres for a limited time. But it does mean we go out shopping for things and looking at cool nerdy stuff so I shall count that win.

Other PLNs may happen later in the day.

BUT for now I need to focus on doing stuff that happens every day.

Wednesday, Wordpress and Catching up

I forgot to post my Patreon stuff yesterday. Assorted nonsense with entire habitat unfucking got in the way. I am an easily-distracted gremlin.

The house is starting to look nicer in very specific areas. Shame about the piles of boxes and wrapping stuff. We'll deal with those anon.

Today, my PLNs include more set dressing for the dungeon and an evening at home because the movie we want to see is only on tomorrow.

Tuesday, Patreon and PLNs coming true

We now have a barrier between the front of the house and the rest. All to stop Pippi from bolting for the front door every time it opens. She is most vexed.

Since it's metal, it rattles when jostled. We have some felt to alleviate that, but we still know when a cat is trying to muscle through. So far, the fiends have not thought of trying to climb it.

Sunday, Rennos?

Beloved is gathering materials to make a thing. My players are restructuring their Box of House. I have already decided that I'm calling this game session Better Homes and Goblins because why not.

It's been a very social week, this week, and my ability to stay awake for any of it is waning. I want to be awake for D&D and Beloved's renovation shenanigans. Everything else is gravy.

We're off on the Leyland's Tour today. Gathering the fam for social stuff and good times. Not exactly helped by the fact that I slept wrong and my back is an achey mess at the moment.
