Thursday Again?

At least this time I had enough shit together to get the bins out before the early arrival of the rubbish peeps. Huzzah.

Everything else may literally fall apart but I have that handled. I've GOT this, and my knees are already grateful.

I've done things. I have things to do, and I might just have a handle on them. I got the Instant to get out there, and five hundred to one thousand words in KOSBOB to write... and that's it.

I also need to get coffee, seaweed, and kitty fodder. Two out of three come from Costco, and the third comes from Petbarn... and all of them will cost me honkloads of cashola. Bleh.

All this on top of a game night due tomorrow. Which also promises to be expensive because Game Nite Snacks. Fun times.

I hate running out of money. I hate having to dip into my reserves. I hate finishing the week on a negative. A lingering artefact of my life passage through poverty.

It's growing closer to time to move, and I've done little more than this blog.

Bluh.

Sigh...

So Steemit is down. For now. Which means I can't earn fractions of a cent per diem that I post. I honestly thought this nonsense would last less than a day. Now I'm stuck with a story in limbo and little in the way of a PLN in order to line up what happens next.

Those of you who know me from my days as and XME fanwriter will know that I have ALWAYS had problems with what happens next.

Monday Again?

My week is off to a fantastic start with Chaos being the one with the Lurgi and Mayhem due back to school. Since he's officially an adult, I won't get on his case until it's about time to leave...

Which makes literally everything else that should be routine today a complication.

This Time For Sure

Beloved is home today and currently out getting bolts so we can make the bottom junction box into a permanent installation. Ain't nothing shy of a sledgehammer breaking this thing.

Anyone wanting to use my carefully-constructed kitty kondo as a chook pen or whatever is going to have to firkin work for it.

Anyway. I should probably work on the story before my love returns with the bolts.

More Shenanigans

Yesterday, our internet access went down. Our Wifi LAN was fine, but the internet connection is down. This has been happening on and off since we moved in, and through various ISP's, it's been the same. Every now and again, with no hint that things are going to go pants, the internet connection just firkin DIES.

Busy Day Ahead

Because Ekka Flu, the nice people who help me unfuck my house are a day late in helping me go do that thing.

I have Patreon things to post, the Instant to create, five hundred to one thousand words to accomplish in KOSBOB. At least I was able to get the kittens exiled for the unfuckening and the kids pointed towards another day at school.

Tomorrow is Game Nite Friday. I am stoked. Mayhem is stoked, but also under orders to keep his virii to himself.

It's been a sideways kind'a morning, starting with a fresh dose of Cyclone Migrane [thanks NSW, for having all those blizzards] and a solid side of disorganisation because my last 48 hours were like this:

  • Run out of my own battery power at like 7PM
  • Take a 5-htp to make sure I get a good night's sleep
  • Can't sleep (WTF mate?)

Changing My Hair

With all going well, my hair should be a bright new shade of purple by this evening. This entirely dependent on both my Beloved and I actually remembering to do the thing.

Today is Thursday. Though I have everything in place for the finishing of episode ten of Inter-Mission, I haven't had the wherewithal to sit down and just edit sound.
