Friday, Ongoing Shenanigans

I have, perhaps, a handful of hours to make and post my offerings before I am called to QPP-fetching duty.

I have yet to clean the catio, but I have ferried Mayhem out to get his work clothes, all paid for by the nice PPL at APM. He even got a free beanie out of it.

I will get to the catio after I make my offerings.

I also need to talk to the Stencyl Discord about the latest nonsense happening with trying to test the dang program so far. It's all about sound nonsense and how to strip a file of its metadata.

I also need to compile a list of fellow authors on Tumblr so I can beg them for boosts with a sufficient gap betwixt beggings.

All carefully calculated so I don't become annoying on the internet.

I might ask Neil Gaiman on the first of October. As well as pretty close to now.

Fingers crossed, I get that audience.

Thursday, IT'S ALIVE!

Wednesday, Leyland's Tour and Rant Incoming

  1. I do my stretchies because it's 4AM and I have the time

Tuesday, Absent Love & Shopping PLNs

Rain and rail closures prevented my love and I uniting last night. So I made a lazy meal and hauled off to bed.

Monday, Backup Reads

I cut my stretchies short for the reads and have not tormented my feet. I have the offerings to make and then... I must get brave and work out the jiggery-pokery that may indeed make Stencyl work.

If it does, then I shall record some potential sound assets for Pseuducku and add them to the files that will eventually make the program go.

Sunday, Day off?

It's almost July, my lovelies. And that means I've had to prep to publish the trailer for this year's All Hallow's Read story. I figure on asking one author on Tumblr per week to help me plug the dang thing... but I'll start with my sweet followers.

That's happening after a few days.

Saturday, Parkrun and Solar PLNs

I had to slow down because my ankles decided to hate me for walking fast. It matters not how speedy I am, it matters that I make it.

Friday, Recording and PLNs

I have five chapters ready for recording. I have a fresh idea burning through my skull, so I'm kind of compelled to get that one to a point of stasis. I've got some jiggery-pokery to do to make progress towards Pseuducku.

I'll focus on the offerings first. Then do the voice recordings and, if there's some time between that and bread, fiddle about with the jiggery-pokery.

Thursday: Bread Prep

I have half an hour before it's time to autolyse my dough. I need to wash some bowls in preparation for tomorrow, when the actual baking happens.

Wednesday: Complicated PLNs

The problem: I need to go shopping and start into bread.

I have a four-hour window during the starter rise to do that. Sourdough is time sensitive. The rest of my nonsense is not.

So my itinerary is thus:

  • finish getting dressed [I'm still in the midst of my stretchies]
  • feed cats [THE most important part of my day - ask the cats]

I am biting the bullet and committing to making Pseuducku exist. So... between my daily offerings, working on my WIP, and some essential relaxation activities - I will be learning and doing.

Sunday, Some Movement

It's a very Monday Sunday, mostly because I couldn't do the VTTRPG sesh, last night. Amazing what an entire night's sleep does to my temporal perception.

The post-jab ickies have allowed a minor gastro bug to move in. Huzzah. Not.

So no parkrun for me. No parkrun for the QPP either, since Beloved still has the same tummy bug. Yay. Not.

Friday, Trying not to feel guilty

I have had zero ideas for the Archive, this week. Just... nothing.

I know I have to clean out the catio, but otherwise my daily nonsense is more or less sorted.

But I don't know if I need another week away from my passion projects. I'll see about how I feel about those next week.
