Challenge #03800-J147: Wanted Dearly Elsewhere

They went from village to village gathering children no one wanted. No matter what the species were. Where they went after? To a special village just for them, where they grew up knowing nothing but love and kindness. -- Anon Guest

Everyone knows that Dragons have hoards. What's not as well known is the fact that some hoards are... non-standard.

Tambaga the Gleaming gathered hir hoards in the night, when people were prone to getting rid of them. Some were left in baskets on doorsteps with a blanket. Some of those even had a note. Most were left where few would look, like middens. Tambaga took them all. Kept them warm and safe.

Tambaga hoarded abandoned children. Ze took them in and cared for them and raised them in love. Ze gave them a home and an education, setting them up to live as they wished once they grew to adulthood. With time and patience, hir hoard had become a prosperous little village that bordered on becoming a town.

To judge on personality and actions, rather than species. -- Anon Guest

The rulers of a small, but wealthy, kingdom make a decree. Anyone caught abandoning their child in a midden, or deliberately harm their children, no matter what the child looks like, will be imprisoned. Needless to say, sadly, families who bear a Tiefling child are NOT happy, and drop their children off at the palace instead. -- Anon Guest

There was a guard stationed at every palace door. The King and his Princess-consort knew what the kickback from their law would be.

Challenge #03014-H091: To Find a Space

A: Get out, or things will get weird

B: Don’t threaten me with a good time -- Anon Guest

Sap had screamed for five solid minutes because he thought he had lost Lachasse forever. The fact that there were babies and children screaming at the same time was almost lost to him. The instant he saw his favourite Cleric, he had almost collapsed from relief. Thereafter, he hadn't left Lachasse's side. Desperately helping more desperate souls than his own debatable one.
