Tuesday, Shrink Day, Patreon, and Furthering PLNs

Mayhem's making mayonnaise and has decided that "power tools" are okay after all. Doing things by hand has some merit, and one of those is teaching you why tools exist in the first place.

Another one is knowing how to do the thing by hand.

Anyway. We're down to the last loaf of my bread, so I know what I'm doing for the next three days. Yes! Two firkin batches of bread because Chaos has managed to engulf an entire loaf in 24 hours. Well. Most of an entire loaf. I managed to get two slices out of that thing before hungry horde of one happened.

Gotta keep ahead of the hunger. And since Mayhem has gone through all the olive oil, I now have another Leyland's Tour to undergo.

But first, I gotta get my head shrunk, find clothing to wear and all that jazz. And while I'm waiting for my shrink, I'll post the Patreon stuff.

Monday, Surprise Expedition, Backup Reads, and Further PLNs

Mayhem has just notified me that he has to go to town this morning. I'll be finding out later if this is going to be a regular thing. Then I can actually plan my Mondays around them.

A little more than an hour's warning would be nice.

I'm experimenting again with not using the ankle brace, since it seems to be okay this morning.

Of course I'm still babying it. Hoping for the best and ready -just in case- for a relapse.

The Twitch channel AMothintheArchive is reading other writer's microfictions. I'm attending as normal.

Some time after Costco opens, I shall be offski on a rather urgent adventure since we're almost out of eggs. We're rather caning the supply.

I don't think I'm likely to go back to regular chain store eggs. Costco's are cheaper and more abundant. I'll also be picking up a few other things along the way because resupply seems to be my regular mission in life.

Saturday, Hair Experiment and Taking it Easy

Once more, I am stuck nursing my ankle and otherwise attempting to return what passes as my health.

I am doing better. I can wander around without the cane, and in the brief occasions when I'm not wearing the brace, I am reminded why I need it with the odd little twinge.

Thursday, Bread and Preparations

If I want to do double-loaf baking, I should start on Sunday so that I can have Thursday and Friday theoretically free for helping MeMum with whatever issues she's got.

I've backed up my GoogDrive and am pondering deleting everything on there. BUT I also need a peripatetic version for writing while roaming. Ellipsus doesn't seem to update cross-devices and that's a bit of a problem for me.

Sunday, Technicalities Unfucking

Friday, Physio Day

Hopefully, I get the green light for driving further than a shopping expedition. That means I can take my tower to Adorable to get it un-imploded tomorrow. Why tomorrow? Because the physio is happening this afternoon. Taking it towards the evening might be a little bit on the risky side.
