Monday, Shopping and Bread

Finally got the dough ready for a baking day, but I also need to get a few things here and there, so... shopping first.

I am definitely going to spend some of my mad money on Steam cards. Chants of Sennar and a few other little treats shall be mine. Muahahaha...

Then all I have to do is engineer the time to play them.

One thing at a time.

Tomorrow, I think I'll be helping Chaos make her kit bread. Needs must to be done and Chaos gets to discover whether or not she likes hot fresh bread. I'm betting on an emphatic 'yes'.

Then I'm on task to get her better gear to have an easier time making bread.

We'll see how all that plays out.

I'm off to the shops. Story happening after all the retrieval and setup.

Thursday, A Day of Rest

I got MeMum home and helped her with a quirk of her laptop. We might have to do some jiggery-pokery down the line. It's looking like enshittification has made its slimy little had reach towards Mum's bank account.

Lucky for us that we can attach a new monitor and keyboard to the same processing power of the compy. That'll work for a while, I should hope.

Monday, Luncheon Expedition

Word of warning: I have no idea if or when today's offerings will be out. I am BUSY until at least Boxing Day.

Thursday, Back to Work?

Foot stretchies done, wrist stretchies still in my operations queue. Cats fed, starter fed, my own feeding in progress.

Mayhem was making noises like he wanted to return to work, even with his cough. I still don't know if he's going, but I'm ready to launch, regardless.

My left heel is behaving itself more and more often. Alas, my right knee has decided it hates supporting my weight so now I need to figure out which side needs the cane more. Yay.

Mayhem needs bronchitis mix, I need cream. Holding out for payday means that I can take money out and still afford the shopping.

Thursday, PLNs in Process

I finally had an affordable idea of what to give the folks I love this year. Yay. Small amount of shopping to do, a little ingredient hunting, but otherwise I'm confident about the yuletide celebrations. Huzzah.

I had to figure out which of my prompt stable was Hollidays-branded and then I came up with a bunch more. Thanks, Archive. Now I have way more in my stable than before.

Tuesday, Home Remedies and Recovering

Adorable sent me some supplies, yesterday, and I began with mixing up some Shandy. Today, I've set up some Ginger Garlic Chicken Soup. It's brewing in the slow cooker as I type. I might be making some rice to go with because digestive issues.

I'm still focussing on getting enough rest and fluids.

As for symptoms, the running nose is technically slowing down, but I'm still sneezing myself hoarse, coughing myself dizzy, and nursing the headache from hell.
