Busy Busy

I may have been contacted by another scammer on Bluesky, but I'm recognising the pattern now.

Step 1: Alleged fellow author contacts me
Step 2: We talk shop for a bit
Step 3: They mention their amazing friend who's a marketing expert and will for sure help people notice my books
Step 4: They provide a contact detail for their amazing friend
Step 5: If pushed, they provide some proof of their prowess that might pass cursory inspection by someone who doesn't

The writing contest has an extra week, so the group has gathered together to bullshit at each other for a while.

I have a story to read, a story to write, a video to edit, the memes and doodl to contribute to the temple of notes.

Now that I have a starting point to return to, I can hope that the puzzle part of Pseuducku becomes a thing today.

I might even be able to publish an alpha version that's nominally function

We need stuff. We've run out of some stuff. And I only have so many hours in which to do everything.

I might have to go shopping tomorrow.

I'll try to get things done in time, but... no guarantees.

Costco opens at 10. Let's see how much can be done.

I have starter in the incubator because Chaos has discovered the magic of pan-fried bread. Looks like I'll be making bread on a weekly basis. Maybe even bi-weekly. I aim to finish one chapter of ADT this week, and I want to make some significant progress on Pseuducku.

Then there's the usual daily offerings, the video production, and maybe even some time for myself.

I also have a catio to clean, which I will be getting to the instant this blog is

Things on my list:

• Adding text to my short story video so that I know I can
• Making bread
• Shopping

The good news is that I can multitask on that. I only have a few things to fetch at the shops, so I should be able to get them before the starter's done incubating.

Which I need to do pretty close to now.

I owe some stuff to Patreon. I owe some offerings to y'all today. I should be recording five more chapters and that should be going up on Patreon too. I should be focussing on all of that but the allure of relax time is calling me.

On the plus side, Mum has her seasonal chocolate and a half-dozen eggs, a fix to her tech, and refreshes supplies. Yay.

I have no idea what I'm going to doodle

I have a physio appointment today, so my priority is getting things organised (tm) before it's time to skedaddle to that.

I have chapters to read and record, the usual offerings, and maybe catching up with Weird Writer Wednesday.

At least I've made a start on the recordings.
