Sideways!

I almost forgot to blog here. Can't disappoint my two viewers from a snapshot of my disorganised life.

Yesterday, we packed up and then shifted out a HUGE amount of ex-clothing. From too small, to too large, to just plain too many... we got rid of it all. And it's an immense relief to have that noise the hell out of my house.

Decluttering is hard work for a hoarder. But it also has the benefit of adding a larger fasting window to my days. Twice a week. It seems to work to keep my weight down. Though I might not get Macca's for myself again.

I'm wobbling back and forth across the border between 75 kilos and 74. So close to my newer goal weight and loving it. And I've reserved Wednesdays for Rowing Days. Five minutes on the machine, as fast as I can go for as long as I can at first, and then at a speed I can maintain for the rest of it. Which also works.

No diet in the universe works without exercise.

Keto's floating up in the media again. Except that this time, they're not scaremongering about how potentially dangerous it is. There's hope yet for assorted lo-metabolism people. And I know it's difficult to give up on all those tasty, tasty carbohydrates, but it's totally worth it. At least, it was for me.

Keto isn't for everyone, but it can definitely help loads of folks. I want it out there to help as many people as possible, to be honest.

Today, I'm posting another chapter of Beauties and the Beastly up on my Patreon. I don't think I've updated any of my working fanfics, but I'll take a look anyway. I've been a very busy Nutter. Shall be making an effort to work on those, now.

Whether or not I have Patrons, I'm now inspired to do more stuff. Yay.

And, in order to prevent the law coming down on me, those fanfictions will be erased when they're finished, and then posted for free up on AO3. And you know I only like posting finished fics on AO3.

I may have bitten off more than I can chew, but I'm chewing for all I'm worth.
