I have a shrink appointment, and physio happening today. At least I only have the minimal offerings to fret about today.
And I got out all the big offerings yesterday. Which is a relief.
The downside of my life today is waking up at fuckoff AM and not being able to properly rest. I've been awake for some significant hours. Which means that I am going to need a LOT of caffeine. Blarg.
