Fridays are my good days. Despite the workload, I can spend all day long in my writer zone, get everything lined up, and still have time to play around with stuff before the brat run to go collect Mayhem in the evening.
I almost messed up yesterday by forgetting to do my chapters of Adapting. But I remembered and I did it and I actually got a full night's sleep.
Win-win, as far as I'm concerned.
Using a food tracker (properly calibrated) helps me maintain my macros and keep a properly ketogenic diet. For example - a fat deficit was quickly remedied by a chunk of cheese, last night.
Now all I have to do is brave myself up and book in all that shit that I have to organise. Like:
- Car service
- Mowing service
- Flu jabs for myself
Which will definitely be happening after I'm done with today's story. For sure. For realsies. Today. Later.
I don't like doing this for myself. Someone hold my hand?
