Promptcast is cancelled until August. Circumstances beyond anyone's control. So theoretically, I have more time to myself. Or I would if the shenanigans didn't include four people and a cat. My aim today, at least in meatspace, is to arrange a section of the countertop for bread. I will have to move some things around, but moving things around is de rigeur these days.
Once I have space, I will seek clearance to start the bread process.
I'm pretty sure my bread costs less in fuss, bother, and money. And I know how to toast it properly so I can get a gage on how my new pan behaves.
I might have to adjust my rituals or keep a stock of potatoes on hand. They're a cleaning tool. Trust me on this. If it's silly and it works - it's not that silly. And the potato fucking WORKS.
