The Promptcast only has five entries this week [so far] so it's promising to be a short one. There's a possibility that I can 'clear' another chapter rewrite for the new and improved version of A Devil's Tale.
That's version number three for those keeping track.
Version One: Pure fanfic. Getting closure for a game that just... evaporated because Kosh wanted a happy ending.
Version Two: Five GoogDocs and four years.
Hopefully, version three is the one that makes it to the bookshelves and thereby makes me a bit of spondooly. Maybe even enough spondooly to keep me and mine happily fed and sheltered for a decent while.
It is my best bet, methinks. I need to put some significant effort into turning out the new version.
And the book cover art for All Hallows Read.
And the comics catalogue so I have walking-around/emergency money.
I've got this. One short-term earner. One middle-term earner, and one long-term bet. It can be done.
All I need is focus.
