Challenge #03645-I357: The Scars Unseen

They were of Pax Humanis, due to their love of making people who hurt the innocent pay in blood, but had severe PTSD. Their night terrors were such they had stopped sleeping with a knife nearby, lest they do themselves harm, much less anyone else. Fortunately, they have a close friend to try to help them through these terrors, so they can get on with the business of living, and saving other lives. -- DaniAndShali

[AN: PTSD is not an automatic ticket to being dangerous. I hope I convey that here]

Viij woke up in the haha again, aiming a stick like a rifle over the embankment as if they were back in the trench. The rain and the thunder provided the answer as to why they were there.

Dwight, their light, was catching them up. The rustle of the big raincoat heralded her arrival, as did the steady patter of rain on the even bigger brolly.

"Can you see me?" said Dwight, draping the raincoat over Viij. "I want you to tell me about five trees that aren't good concealment."

Challenge #03283-BONUS009: Breaking it Down

"I was there, in the midst of the firefight, that damn song on full-blast but it kept me pissed, hate that song now. Most of my closest friends are dead. My lover... they're gone, too. Yeah, I could've gotten an arm that looks real, skin that looks real, and not look like a patchwork doll, but I didn't want it. I can't... I don't want to forget that war, brief as it was. Even if their screams call out every night. I

One side was the life support system for the tank, the other side was a large metal box, almost as tall as they were, attached via wide metal tubes. Inside the tank was a huge octopus, or what

An Alien crew of Havenworlders tries to help their security-officer (a Human) to cope with PTSD-Flashbacks, Anxiety and Panic-Attacks. -- Anon Guest

The ship's Human had been sedated after the Upset. They lay now in the darkened recovery room with gently glowing screens displaying the words, You are safe, in the Human's home tongue. They would wake, eventually, but the trepidation amongst the Leseu crew was - what had happened to their Human?

Pack-bonding can happen in both directions.

Challenge #02029-E205: Humans Are Breakable

How do aliens deal with humans on board missions/crews with serious mental illnesses? As even those who have “recovered” can relapse and have issues now and again, especially after certain triggers. I know this isn’t as interesting or fun as some of your other prompts but I’d really like to see what you would come up with. Thanks! -- Anon Guest

Human Polli was a Team Mom type Human and the gentlest soul anyone could care to meet. But
