Artworks

I'm not the world's fastest artist, nor am I the zippiest at getting anything scanned. And, to add insult to injury, half of the stuff I *had* digitised was lost in a HD crash :(

My entry for Lesli's latest competition. Go there and check it out!

A get-well card for Dave Cockram, creator of our dear fuzzy dude. His figment versus my figment in an appropriate setting ;) If laughter is the best medicine, I hope this gives him a good chuckle ^_^
Feel better, Dave, wherever you are.

My version of Andrei and the aftermath of him seeing Scribbler's pic in Alternate Views ^_^ It's a big pic, so I thumbnailed it for you.
The story is that he saw the pic of him nekkid and reared away from the PC in shock. Thus hitting his head on the Wagner's ceiling and doing something nasty to the plaster. Also in the pic are Anja(left), Astrid(centre)[aka Kurt's Mom] and Erika(sniggering) ^_^
I'm not entirely happy about the way that Andrei's hair-end came out, but then, I haven't exactly made a big study of horseflesh. Donna Barr did 'em better.

Wouldn't you know it? The first ever piccie of Logan I've drawn and I make him a giant fruit. [snickersnort] This pic was done to fulfill my dirty little desire to win Lesli's Fruit-Flavoured Fanart Challenge and my irresistable desire to put Logan in tights ^_^ *Pink* tights.
I am evil. I fully acknowledge this ^_^
You can scope out the competition at: Mmmmmm Fruity ^_^

Michael, from the _Oh, Brother_ segment of _Excerpts_. He took forever to trace, but he was nice to colour ^_^ And I've decided that I'm in love with the pattern fill tool ^_^ Deal.

A birthday gift I'm sending to Alaer as soon as I know her email's working ^_^ The original sketch was *very* sketchy, and I got the ears wrong. Thank goodness for photoshop! I deliberately went a bit nuts with the pattern fill thingy ^_^

A not-very-serious mini-sketch of the pic below. I was in-between inspirations on a couple of fics and I grabbed a pencil and doodled this when I had the idea for the more detailed pic. I do stuff like this to work out basic composition [obviously, I changed my mind on a few things] and expression, and to remind me of the bigger picture. I *finally* decided to share this with you 'cause I got bored. Don't you feel special?
Like most of my mini-doodles, the original is about an inch tall. I used to use margin space in lecture notes ^_^

I drew this as a sketch and decided it worked *so* much better in pencil. This one's inspired by real-life events. Basically, my little boy's teething and toddling at the same time, so I'm running a leetle bit ragged. OC, by the end of the day, I'm exhausted but Kenny's bright, chirpy and full of beans. The alternate title was, "Your turn, Johannes..."

As threatened, I've scanned my first-ever doodles of our dear fuzzy one. This is the first pic I ever doodled of XME NC. He's sitting on the cross-bar of a table I drew up in order to do a fid [long story] and my Hubby-darling doodled in the word "Fuzzy" :) The original pic is less than an inch tall. Innit kyute?

Now I focussed on the face. I didn't do too terribly well, as I noted right next to him.

Third time is the charm - unless you have pen tests right next to it. Sigh. Well, at least I got the eye right...

The Monsters. It's a big pic, so you only see a thumbnail here ^_^ This is the only group that isn't tied together by a 'clothing colour' [I chose that kinda muddy green, in case you missed it all this time...] Why? Well - they don't wear any clothes...

Wild One didn't fit into any of the other pictures [Aaawwwwwwwww...] so he's all on his own. This guy was a bastard to sketch, because I had to 'dumb down' Kurt quite a degree. However, nearly-naked Kurts are a *dream* to colour for some reason...

Fight, Flight and the Archivist. Another one where you can almost hear the dialogue ;) Also note how I solved Nightcrawler's armour problem - extra bits!

Hure and the Perfectionist from DPM. I've tumbnailed it for two reasons. (1) It's a biggish pic and (2) It's a little risque. I was dreading this one, but it was shockingly easy to colour.

Das Kinder, Kurt and RagDoll, three of Kurt's Masks from the fic _Don't Pity Me_, even though Kurt's technically not a mask. This took me all morning to colour and trace. Whew!

Kurt, from the PWP _Opa's Brushes_, in the infamous yellow boxers with the smilie on the butt. Note that my version has almost completely screwed up the bodily proportions in a ludicrous attempt to do something about perspective. Argh!

As promised, a nice, full-colour pic of Kurt without a single stitch on! Click to see the full pic!

My version of Poopsie. If yours differs, don't hesitate to share ^_^ I like seeing different versions of things :)

My version of Trish. Click her to see the process I undergo to achieve pics like this.

Poopsie being strangled. Done solely for the comedic expression ^_^

IMO, a very nice pic of Kurt in a very nasty mood ^_^

Click to see some "Thank You" art I did for Alaer Kino. YES! Another big pic!

Click to see my first XME artwork. It's *big*, though.

Note the ancient art signature in the bottom right corner. My new sig is way cooler than that. BTW - that's suposed to be Odo-as-a-human on the right, there. [I could *kill* TPTB for coming up with that lame-arsed idea. Like it did them a favour. Hmph...]

See what I mean about my niftier, newer sig? Y'know, looking at these old pix makes me think I couldn't draw for spit, and then I remember I still can't draw for spit ;) I fall over on piddly little things like hands and feet. Nothing *real* big...

My first and only attempt at drawing Pilot. I need to do more studies.

A pencil sketch of Leeta, from my fanfic, _Emancipation_. I hate how the tail came out. It was supposed to look fuzzy, but instead, kinda looks - ugly :P

What happens when my mental imagery meets nonsense from Tanika [Hi out there!] and the eggings-on of the FaDoPi :)

Shayde, my personal figment and chief annoyance [she lives in my head and won't leave me alone!] teasing three colours of crap out of Renfield, the chief figment of OtomO, from FaDoP. And yes, that is my handwriting, only I deliberately tried to be neat...

Pencil sketch of an alien I named Myxxan :) He belongs to a Universe I'm building in my spare time [kidyounot] so please don't steal him. Thanks.

I couldn't find any Celtic knots anywhere online [net search time - ten minutes...] so I made this one. It was *very* labor-intensive and is definitely 100% *wrong*, since it's made out of four 'pieces' instead of one. I still think it's damn nifty, though...

My Very First Phake Photo. Also my last. I experiment with lots of stuph when I get bored...

My first-and-last CGI :) It's desktop-able :)
